  • About Yoga
This is your space to explore questions you might have about Yoga, whether it is about movement, breath, the body, style, how to start or what it actually is! This is your resource to start finding out.
  • So what is Yoga?
Yoga is the practice of your relationship with yourself and the world around you. It is considered by many a movement practice for flexible people. In reality there are over 50 types of yoga movement styles (also known as yoga asana), a diverse range of breath work and meditation styles and mindfulness. All of this can be practiced in different ways. All of these things can be considered yoga if they support your connection to yourself and the world around you. So there is more to than being flexible but there is a high probability that with a regular practice a movement practice will increase your flexibility.
