Yoga for the Front Line (YFL) delivers accessible, trauma informed, job specific yoga training to front line workers, supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals and their organisations.

The YFL programs are designed for front line workers. YFL considers front line anyone who works in public safety or emergency services. In our first phase in 2022 we facilitated training programs and workshops for the Police Force and Fire Service.

Having supported individuals through the NHS, College of Paramedics and Devon County Council we are expanding our Front Line Community to include; Teachers, Blue Light Volunteers, Military and those who work in Adult & Child Social Care.

 

2023 sees us moving from programs within organisations and expanding to online and in-person community classes to reach more Front Line Workers and build that network of support.
